We have adjusted our operations to keep you, our staff and our community safe. Follow the Instructions to complete our No-Contact Check In Process:
Fill out your online check in form (link below) as soon as possible. (This is the paperwork we used to do in person!)
Call Us at 1 (805) 646-5277 to Authorize Payment by providing your credit card cvv security code (We used to swipe your card, now we'll do it over the phone!)
When you Arrive, there will be an envelope on the door of the Front Office with your name on it.
Inside the envelope will be your key, a Map to your room and a letter from us with details for your stay.
If our office is closed, you will find the key under the door mat of your room.
Please be Aware:
You can reach a member of our team on the reservation line between 9am-8pm, if we are not at the Front Desk during these hours please call us for guest services.
Our after-hours emergency night manager’s phone number is recorded on the voicemail of our main phone line should you require emergency assistance after hours.
There is a Welcome Room stocked with complimentary coffee/tea and local concierge information open from 8am-6pm poolside.
Face Coverings are Required by all guests while in the common areas of the hotel.
We provide Housekeeping Service by Request Only. Let us know before Noon on the day-of to get service.
Pool & Jacuzzi are open on a first come first serve basis. Only one household allowed in the jacuzzi at one time. We ask you limit your time in the jacuzzi to no more than 30minutes so all guests have a chance to soak.
